Selective Service

I would like to clarify that I arrived in the United States after turning 26 years old and, therefore, wasn’t required to register with the Selective Service, I attempted to complete the request online, but the system is currently down, and all offices are closed at this time.

My deadline is November 30th. Do you have any good advice for me?
