What's your daily schedule? (literally, please break it down for me)

I would love to hear what your daily schedule is (what times you do what) and what grade you teach.

I am looking to apply for my PDP for a mid-career switch to be an elementary teacher ... but I thrive on routine and predictability (suspected autistic brain, here!). It would be very helpful for me to hear about other teachers' routines.

I'm currently volunteering at a school but I'm basically being an EA and getting pulled from each class after 30 min to help a student in another classroom, so I'm not getting a good sense of the overall day.
