Any scenarios in which you may want softer anti roll bars?

I've seen pros recommend that max stiffness ARBs is the way to go for all cars in TCM. I want to know if it applies to cars that drive like absolute boats like the 3/4 Veyrons that we have in the game.

I have the Deep Blue Edition and I was looking for pro settings recommendations: someone's suggested way to counter the understeer – all front suspension settings were tuned to the left but the anti roll bars? Max stiffness.

Why not make the front ARBs less stiff there?
