Nausea

I am 3 weeks PO. I’ve been taking Journavx and Celebrex ever 12 hours, Tramadol, Tylenol, Methocarbamol every 6 hours and Oxycodone as needed. I’ve had persistent nausea every day since the surgery. I know many of these pain meds can cause nausea, but I thought maybe it would subside by now. Ive tried various antacids, Pepto, and Nauzene, but nothing seems to help and I’m eating very bland food.
Has anyone experienced persistent nausea and do you have advice? Does it eventually let up or do I need to get off these pain meds to find relief? Thanks!
