Need to know options.

I am not sure if the tag/flair is correct. This guy who owns property near me, paid me to clean out and move a deceased woman's camper and vehicle off of his lot/land. She had been renting from him when she passed. Its been confirmed she has no next of kin, no will, nothing planned. Can I legally do anything with the stuff? What is the process I would need to follow next.
