Should I pull Dahlia if my FF e0s0?

I play the game late that start at 1.4 then hiatus until 2.5, Back then I was focusing more on saving so I pull FF e0s0 but not fugue because back then I need to save more and pull for more general unit. I do really like FF but investment e2 to dps is a bit much for me. I wonder does it worth it to pull Dahlia for e0s0 FF?

my other break will inly be RM e1 and HMC. Really like Dahlia for the design and because I may get the chance to use FF again. But 4.x is jsut around the corner.
