McDonalds in Huntsville, Ontario is claiming they couldn't find a shift manager - fast food restaurant for $18.00-$23.00/hr. They've applied for a LMIA to hire a temporary foreign worker for the position.

McDonalds in Huntsville, Ontario (P1H 1G3) is looking for a shift manager - fast food restaurant at $18.00-$23.00/hr.

Another fast-food shift manager position in Huntsville, Ontario, being advertised through the TFW program. The stated wage range is between $18.00 and $23.00 per hour. One might question what recruitment efforts were made locally to fill this role before seeking an LMIA. What specific circumstances in Huntsville prevent a Canadian from taking on a McDonald's shift manager position?
