eBay store: a mistake?

I’ve been selling on eBay for over a year now, without a store, and have about $30k in sales. I’ve got a number a number of items that have been un sold for a while, so I opened a store to run a sale (is there a way to run a sale on all inventory without having a store?). Anyway, I opened a store 3 days ago and ran a 10% sale on my entire inventory.

I can count on two hands the days in the past 8 months that I haven’t sold a single item. Since opening the store 3 days ago, I haven’t sold anything. Not once in the past 6-8 months have I not sold anything in a 3-day period. WTF? Coincidence? Seems hard to believe. What’s this store doing for me? Seems nothing at all?
