Hello everyone! I completed my final sephora sale haul. I was in need of brushes, like really bad.

For context, I've amassed some really quality makeup over the past year but after receiving and trying my hour glass palette a few days ago (from haul 1)...I realized my brushes all mostly suck and aren't doing my makeup justice at ALL. Most of my brushes are like elf and things I've picked up at the discount store, few ok real techniques thrown in. I realized this was the time to get them and cashed out all my Rakuten and credit card cashbacks to start building a decent collection.

I spent hours going mad and doing some really overwhelming research on brushes and going through reccommendations and reviews. I rebuilt my cart like 3x and even nearly bought some hourglass ones off of mercari and ebay (before realizing they were most likely fakes and the only way I know its good and real is by doing this properly). If it's cheap, too good to be true...then it is right?

This is what i ended up going with (and the ysl blush i couldn't stop thinking about lol). Note: I don't know much about the Patrick ta brushes but I've heard they're good. What sold me was that the duo brush is meant for blending liquid/cream shadows one side, powders on the other and I NEED that. I use a lot of creams & sticks!). The only thing I couldn't get that I really wanted was sold out m.ph under painting one. I'll have to wait for a restock. I'm scared, I hope these serve me well! Thoughts?

Brushes! How did I do?
