Are compression boots worth trying for knee pain?

Diskussion

I'm in my mid 30s and I've been dealing with some mild knee pain lately. It seems like some stiffness and soreness after workouts and longer runs. I’ve been looking into recovery tools and came across compression boots (like Normatec, Icebound Essentials or something similar).

From what I’ve read, they’re supposed to help with circulation and speed up muscle recovery by improving fluid movement and decreasing inflammation. Some people are also saying they help the legs feel lighter and less stiff after training. It seems to be an upgrade from general compression socks

Has anyone here used them specifically for managing knee pain or general leg recovery? Do they actually help with reducing inflammation or soreness? I'm leaning towards them but I'd be grateful for some honest opinions. Thanks!
