Error on website

I have used pomegranate health for tirzepatide, but now I’m interested in learning more about Sermorelin & glutathione. I keep getting an error message when I try to sign up for a consult. I even messaged someone on the portal & emailed customer service. I haven’t heard anything. Any suggestions?
