2 Years have passed
It's hard to believe, but I did it. 2 years later I'm here… Who would have thought.
I had all the symptoms you can imagine, some stronger, some weaker.
What did I notice that was different from last year to this year? The symptoms became weaker and the waves became faster.
Some symptoms improved a lot, such as: ectopic beats (I had at least 8 a day, now I have 1 every 3 days), anxiety (mostly manageable), panic attacks became very rare, depression became more like "flashes of sadness", DP/DR as well.
Symptoms that I still have more frequently (but that have also decreased): Headaches, exercise and alcohol intolerance, nightmares, low libido.
On normal days, I feel good, but when I have a stressful situation, the symptoms become stronger. I recently experienced a stressful situation that triggered a surge in ectopic beats and headaches.
But I want to emphasize, IT'S MUCH BETTER. I'm functioning well and able to socialize without having an anxiety attack or becoming disconnected. However, I still feel my brain is unstable; I have to be careful not to experience strong emotions or overexert my body, otherwise the symptoms worsen.
I hope I'll be fully healed within 3 years. Thank you all and peace.
