can someone explain to me what is an "anti-romance" otome??

I've been seeing the club suicide game posted here but its stated by the creator as "anti-romance" otome. what does this exactly mean? is it not an otome? I thought the whole point of otome game genre is the romance. how can you make an "anti-romance" otome? im not hating on the game or anything, im just confused by what this means and what to understand this.
