Where to eat with severe food allergies?

Hi everyone!

Basically what the title says. I am writing an article about how/where people with severe food allergies eat around town. What precautions do they have to take, which restaraunts are the most accomodating, and where people normally frequent.

Allergies can extend to anything like gluten, nuts or fruits, for example.

I am looking for people with severe allergies to interview, not just mild flare ups if at all possible as well as restaurant owners who believe they excell at allergene percautions.

I would love to hear any and all input you guys have to offer!
