Given Verbal Approval but CEAC shows Refused

Hi everyone,

I had my interview last thursday 10/30 and was given a verbal approval and a slip that says " your visa has been approved." However, when I went home the status said refused. It has remained on refused for 3 working days now. It says the last case status update was on 11/3 which was yesterday but it still says refused. Anyone know what this might mean? Should I be worried?
