Team Carry-On turned Checked-Bag converts—should we switch back with all these delays?

We used to be strict carry-on travelers, even with kids. This year, we tried checking a bag and honestly, it made traveling so much easier. But with all the shut down causing delays and cancellations, I’m wondering if it’s smart to go back to carry-on only. What’s everyone doing these days?
