USCIS releases Q3 NIW/EB-1A Approvals rates and it's VERY encouraging

USCIS has issued its adjudication data for Q3, updated to include RFE outcomes.
While there are small decreases in approvals between Q1 and Q3, NIW/EB-1A approval rates are still nearly 80%.

While RFEs are being issued, with a cohesive story and a thoughtful and evidence-based strategy, highly skilled workers are still achieving their dreams of permanent residency.
