Question about Penn Play

I didn’t have time to go ask at the desk. I had to get to work, so I’m asking here in the mean time:

Has anyone had this issue before with Penn or at Hollywood Casino? i’ve been playing a lot so I’ve had multiple free slot play offers every week. Usually, I just put my card in the slot machine, and click transferred the game and it transfers in the click of a button.

Today I had an offer of $80 free slot play. When I went to transfer to a game, it was nowhere to be found. There was a random $10 free slot play instead. I put my card in the kiosk thinking maybe I had to redeem the offer this time for some reason even though I’ve never had to do that before, and I saw the $80 slot play offer so I clicked it. It said “Thanks, Enjoy your slot play!”.

I went back to a machine, and still no $80 to be found. I played through the $10 thinking maybe that would cause it to come up but still nothing. Pretty much just let it go to waste because I didn’t have time to sit there and figure out what the problem was.

Another weird thing that I couldn’t understand is that when I clicked the $80 free slot play on the kiosk, it said $10 under it, but on the same button. I don’t know if there’s some connection to that and the random $10 slot play, but I’m just completely confused all around. I’ve never even had to use the kiosk for the free slot play offers.
