Has anyone had any experience with them doing work on their car?

I want to go stage 2 unitronic and achtuning in Redmond said like 8k. I wanted to see if I could get other bids so I went to addict. Spoke in person to the owner, emailed him asking for a quote. No reply, but my LinkedIn was viewed by someone who works there. Wtf is that about to begin with just send me a quote, why view my LinkedIn profile?

They are very difficult to get a hold of, but whatever if they can install all the hardware for a couple grand (the owner opined that any hardware for stage 2 is not necessary but I'd rather be safe than sorry) then I'll drive it over to achtuning and get the software done. Addict use their bespoke tune and I'm already on unitronic.

From what I can tell, they have a lot of experience, and a lot of business, but such an odd place to deal with. I assume that a run of the mill tune for an RS3 isn't exciting them too much... Has anyone successfully gotten them to do something to their car, if so, what was it and how was the process?
