Question about the Black Lion Outfit Voucher

Hey All!

I am really new to the game and I have the Black Lion Outfit Voucher from the Visions of Eternity Launch Drop and I am trying to chose the best outfit ti go with my Asura Necromancer.

I am wondering if you can dye the Ghostly outfit and Witches outfit?

Also, if you wish, suggest me your best options for an outfit in the bundle. :-)

Cheers!
