People keep telling me there's a ton of poetry in the Denver area. Where is it?

I just moved here and looking for places to listen to and perform poetry, but I'm just not sure where to look. So meant of the articles about open mics around town are out of date, leading to dead venues or discontinued events.

Anyone know where to find this stuff?
