DC uniform policy

Hey, I have medical conditions that limit my ability to wear a lot of clothing (still modest dw). I was just wondering in your workplaces, do they enforce any uniform policies?

I really don't like explaining my condition to my employer. It's often a hassle, and I just get side eyes all the time like I'm crazy.
