A question to the mods about the listed rules.

I've noticed lately that posts that violate the listed rules aren't being removed. Could we maybe either enforce the rules as listed, update the rules that you actually plan to enforce or get some mods that will actually participate in the sub?

Specifically is see a lot of violations of rules 1, 5, 7, and 12. If these aren't going to be enforced anymore how bout they get removed from the list?
