Satan Kills Not Counting.

I was wondering why one of my challenges was not unlocking and it says I need to unlock the negative. I have that unlocked already and have beaten Satan numerous times. I checked the bestiary and it says I've encountered him over 25 times but it says no kills. I have the checks for deleting Satan on characters as well so I am not sure why it would not show any kills.
