Small home bakery ?!?

I’ve been baking for years, I’m 23, I’m a sous chef, went to culinary school, love baking in my free time, creating content, and I bake all the desserts at my job! I want to pursue a small home bakery license eventually, while still keeping my job….I’d just bake on weekends, holidays, and maybe a few markets? I’m trying to be smart by learning everything, saving, and trying not to make any mistakes.. I’m also just so nervous to take the jump. I think I have a good idea, but you can never have enough information right?! I don’t wanna mess up. I don’t wanna be in trouble with taxes, or permits or anything… I don’t know how to go about any of that.. any information regarding this stuff would be so helpful. Maybe I can eventually jump over this anxiousness and just do it ! Eventually I want a small modern retro cafe with a unique twist on baked goods, coffees and bites to eat !
