Questions regarding HRT and Transitioning

To keep it simple, I am considering starting HRT and transitioning socially. I have an initial consultation setup for next week to discuss this at a clinic.

My main questions are, is there anyone here who has naturally really balding scalp? To describe my natural hair is healthy in the back and sides, but near non existant on the scalp and top of head area. I have been trying to use medoxodil for past few months, still too early to know if it will even help or not.

I am curious about your experiences if your in a similar situation, I would love naturally long hair! I would say that is one of the biggest question marks I have about transitioning. I know HRT does not totally reverse hair loss, it will only really help in blocking the hormones that trigger it.

Also any other experiences, insights, etc would be more than awesome!
