Undiagnosed but in observation

Good evening everyone! Would love to hear your stories for reference snd comfort that i am not the first to go thru this. So a few weeks ago I was having abdominal pain (left lower side) went to ER. They ran a CT scan and found a 5+cm mass on my RIGHT ovary. On Monday 11/3 I had ultrasound done (pelvic and trans-vaginal). I received the radiology report tonight which said the mass is a ‘Complex mass in the right adnexa which could be ovarian 5.4 x 6.1 x 4.9 cm with intermediate echogenicity.’

I am waiting on doctor to give guidance but also wanted some personal insight. So anything you have on this would be appreciated.
