Character downing water like crazy

some context, I have glowcrust on my left and right arms, fickle gills instead of gloves, and mumble mouth on my feet. I had monochrome, glotrot, and ironshank but I cured those (though I am still missing my tongue). Level 26 truekin.

I cant travel like 3 squares without getting thirsty and drinking like 20something drams of water.

What am I missing?
