First Disney trip

Hi everyone!

Hoping to get some tips, recommendations and advice since this is our first trip to florida. Me, my mom, grandmother (80) and daughter (6) are taking a trip to Orlando this upcoming thanksgiving week, and we are looking into park tickets and accommodations. We are coming from Texas so any advice on do's, don'ts and must haves are also appreciated! looking to spend 3 days at Disney
