what do u do when u keep losing

im on a losing streak when i just started making progress for not too long, and now im almost back to square one... its so discouraging, i wanna improve but also i might start hating it if i lose more, i dont see the improvement instead my progress is just on a falling slope... (the only thing i can do is play puzzles)
