How do I get Offers?

I'm a Student who's going to graduate in December and I'm really struggling to get a job offer i want all I've been getting are sales with commission but that's not what i want to do i figured since i already have 2 internship it would be easy and i even made a LinkedIn to connect but i guess I'm struggling with being fake I'm just looking for a good entry level position as a consultant or analyst with a salary and no commission i stay in Houston and don't mind relocating but man it is a struggle right now for me any advise on what to do?
