How hard is it to access HRT in Indiana?

I’m specifying location cuz I don’t really know how else to get advice for it. But I’m getting to the point where I cannot handle being perceived as a woman anymore and I need T so badly. But I gotta ask other Indy trans dudes, how hard is it to get prescribed T? I know HRT access is iffy here, but I know it’s possible I just don’t know what avenue to take. Does informed consent work here, or do you have to get diagnosed with gender dysphoria beforehand? Should I go to a clinic or an actual hospital? Do I have to meet with a gender specialist? Can I use an online site like Plume clinic to help? I’ve been urged to go to Eskenazi but the waiting list for even trying to book an appointment takes forever. I don’t think I can wait that long. I’ve also heard that you can’t get HRT in Indy and you have to go a state over but I don’t think that’s plausible especially I have friends here who are on HRT. Those friends have equally been no help, since their parents did most of the work for them. I just want to know which path is the best and fastest way to get HRT here, since it seems like every way’s a dead end or not legal in Indiana. I feel super lost and need advice.
