Punitive Inferno most important Perk for Hellfire : Max HP 50% and skill duration goes up when hit by an enemy

My Hellfire has currently around 8k HP and without 7.2k HP. Based on what is written, the Weapon "should" give me 50% of my max hp, which is currently 7.2k. That means half of those 7.2k = 3.6k HP should be added. However, this does not happen.

Why is this important and why is it probably bugged or is reading false stats. It is possible that the Weapon is only taking your actual MAX Hp into consideration, which means without any HP Wedges and so on. Which also does not work properly.. because without any Wedges my Hellfire has 2.8k HP, which would mean that punitive inferno SHOULD give me 1.4k HP instead of 800-900 hp

Why is this bad and why do we care?
Hellfire her DMG is absolute horrible in every shape and form even with recent "buffs". She is not a valid option if you care about fast clearing or big AOE dmg. HOWEVER, her skills scale with your MAX HP, which correctly functions in the game right now. Now the actual problematic part is that a weapon like Wanewraith alone, without any smelts, outscales Punitive Inferno by around 300 dmg (it should be the other way around, given the fact that punitive inferno is her signature weapon). If Punitive Inferno Perk would be applied correctly, than the dmg output of her Raging Inferno and Cage of Despair would actually matter a bit more but still not game or ground breaking(Even on I6 compared to Sibylle). Only on max smelt, punitive Inferno, would then fit as a perfectly aligned Character based Weapon.

And this is a big problem for ALL weapons in the game right now. If you like to see big numbers or numbers go up in general, you are forced to pick whatever gives you the best Bonk for your buck.

Punitive Inferno and other weapons should be looked at again. I am fully aware that the shift from Gacha to F2P Warframe like style, cant be done in just 2 or 3 months. But if Weapon perks are not correctly applied, than this means that nobody gave a flying fish in the first place and could be seen as "made on purpose to be wrong".

Little Extra for those who care about numbers :
With Punitive Inferno, her dmg per 1.4 second (upgraded Intron Level for E), is 7.3k Dmg per tick. With Wanewraith her E dmg per 1.4 second tick is 8.1k dmg.
Both weapons are without any smelts.
HP is 7.999k
Skill DMG is 196%
Morale is 18%, morale also does not work in the game, should give % extra dmg the more HP you have but it doesent change when i have 0 or 18% morale.

PSA : Hellfire her weapon "Punitive Inferno" does not work properly
