Possible Icy conditions in Etna this morning

Right off of the Route 28 exit down William Flinn Highway, spotted a man with a blue shirt, black vest and ski mask beside an unmarked black SUV type vehicle talking to a police officer on the entrance to Kittanning Street (said regular police car has been there every morning this week it seemed). Also noticed a larger than usual police presence on the highway this morning. Stay alert and safe people.
