Anyone else having to restart their LEO on their first stop because it wont scan?

Every day when I get to my first stop, the LEO will not actually scan. It will make the noise as if it scanned but the screen wont change, as if it didnt recognize the scan. I have to restart it every day, closing the app doesnt work.
