Need a ride to cugir

Hello everyone. My first visit to Romania and I booked a car at the sibiu airport to drive to cugir to visit a friend. I messed up getting a credit card in time, so I think I will have to cancel it. Now I'm looking for some advice on how to get a ride from sibiu airport to cugir. Thanks from Germany.
