Venafaxfline 75 to 150

Dr decided to up me today from 75 to 150 only thing I’ve really noticed out of the norm is I have gained weight in my mid section , kinda worried about going up now but my depression has been bad . Anxiety to at times , also adding me on vistaril to sleep at night , anyone have any advice I’m worried to death about upping my dose now
