Low memory bug/glitch

After the Halloween update everytime I try to play the game it says "low memory". I get this is probably more of a meta problem i have a quest 3s I've tried restarting it and uninstalling and reinstalling. Im wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is a fix.
