Faceit support not helping

Recently had a run in with some sort of privacy breach etc, i dont trade, dont have any skins and just play for fun. Upon trying to join faceit servers I get the error "unable to verify game ownership on this steam account".

anyone have any ideas on how to fix this or can faceit help me lol? I've contacted support numerous times explaining i got a leaver ban for this and no response. Esea used to be almost instantaneous, what happened?

Anyways, if steam is gonna be crap, do i just go create another faceit? How does it work? Can someone help please! Just trying to play lol
