Only producing 15ml of milk

I’ve been pumping using my Eufy S1 wearable breast pump and I can’t get more than 15mL of breastmilk combined. I’m 7 days postpartum and my doctor confirmed that my milk has come in (she helped me with engorgement in both breasts last night).

I’ve tried different flange sizes and pumping settings, but I’ve had the same output for the past 3 days.

Anyone else experience this? Or have any advice?
