Should i pull cyrene?

My situation is a bit complicated so I'd really appreciate some help

I have E1S1 cas, hyacine E0S1 and tribbie E0S0. My plan was upgrading cas to E2 and get cyrene to replace rmc in that team. My problem is not having evernight. Some people told me to skip cyrene and wait for evernight's rerun but that will take a while. I really don't know what to do, i really like my remembrance team and I don't want it to get powercrept in 4.X.

What are the best possible choices i can make to make this team even powerful (i only have 120 pulls). Thank you for your attention
