Healthcare to wedding industry

Hi all! First time poster here and excited to gather some feedback. I’m currently a physical therapist assistant working in assisted living communities with the geriatric population. I just got engaged at the end of August and have booked everything for our wedding and now just counting down the days until our big day comes together! I’ve been in my field for a little over 5 years now, and while I love my patients and I love my job, I do feel this urge to want to get into the wedding industry. I don’t know what part, but what I do know is that I’m currently making between $55-60k a year and ideally wouldn’t be comfortable taking a pay cut from that. Planning my wedding has been so fun and exciting, I love talking all things wedding and doing all the girly things that come with getting things ready but not sure which direction to go, how to go about it, if I need to do a side hustle first, etc. Any thoughts or recommendations?
