My 2019 BMW X3 SDrive 30i

had, a few days ago the windshield wipers just start to turn on and off randomly. They will stop at any position, seem stuck, then start. Only when driving as I've had it running but not moving.

The info on the BMW site suggested that fuse 26 was blown. I removed the two fuses I thought where 26, but that didn't work.

It also suggest upgrading that 20A to a 30A. That did not work. Chst GPT says to pull the blue box and reseat it. Wasn't able to get it out.

Was thinking to take the wipers off, for now just to be able to drive to the store.

Im in California so they didn't get frozen or in a downpour or anything drastic. Any ideas what this could be and will I have to pay BMW shop a mint to fix it?
