Can someone born in Azerbaijan visit Armenia?

I'm a Turkish citizen and have visited Armenia before. My wife, who was born in Azerbaijan and holds a Turkish passport, would like to visit Armenia as well. Her Turkish passport states that she was born in Baku. Are there any restrictions for her entry into Armenia due to her place of birth?
