Am I fucked?? What is going on

I was recently approved for the first credit card I've ever had, $3,000 limit. I had to call for a new one cause I never received it and the physical card is on the way in the mail. The balance is where it should be, I used the online card for a headset I wanted to have without waiting the 2 days til i get paid and thats getting paid off tomorrow. I dont even have a physical card yet, this is my first card.

Credit wise is saying my balance due is almost twice what the card even has available???

Im kind of freaking out right now, im going to call them in a minute and update when I finish but what the hell dude.
