False positive HIV result

Got my quarterly prep testing results back today and had a surprise. HIV AB/AG was "reactive". The other tests, RNA, were negative and the overall result was negative. First time this has happened to me. Apparently, this can happen if you've been recently vaccinated, which I was a few days earlier for flu and pneumonia.

Anyone else ever have this happen?
