What would you consider more important, PS or MS?

Hi all,

I'm currently on my second playthrough trying to unlock all the wanderers and building cars to better balance with them. When I go on my third playthrough if there are any specific requirements I would use those cars. My issue is PS and MS. I've been using MS to better balance cars with them but I guess it turns out in some cases even if the MS is the same there can be a notable PS difference thus making it unbalanced (easy win).

Any thoughts on which is more important? PS or MS?
