Recent viruses in safe sites

i checked steamunderground and steamrip virus check, that one under every link in the megathread, and both had viruses, but i used to install everything from these 2 sites and i even downloaded dispatch from steamunderground.. i just want to know if these are infected now and when are they gonna be safe again
