I HATE FLUORESCENT LIGHTS

this is just a rant because it’s been on my mind but OH my god I hate those fluorescent led overhead lights. They’re so inescapable. Every single building, store, room, everything uses these cheap, LED, overheads that make me so overstimulated all the time.

I just feel so frustrated with it because it feels completely unavoidable until I’m in my home where I can have only my dim lights on. Otherwise I have to deal with my eyes hurting, having headaches, and just overall sensory overload almost daily 💔
