Has anyone started losing their hair as a preteen?

My hair started to thin when I was 13/14, I’m 35 now and it’s so thin and my hairline is almost gone. Anyone have similar symptoms? What helped? I feel like I’m maybe too old to fix it. It used to be so much and gradually began to fall out and I have bald spots and obvious thinning and volume loss. My texture even changed. I used rogaine with no improvement it just made my hair dry and changed the texture forever
